Astola Toolkit does not require account registration. You can use all tools without providing any personal information.

• Early Access Sign-Up (optional): If you join our early access waitlist via our sign-up form, we collect your email address solely to notify you when the app is publicly available.
• Feedback: If you voluntarily contact us for support, we may collect your email address and the content of your message.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use features that require internet access (such as currency converter, gold price tracker, speed test, or IP lookup), the app makes requests to third-party APIs. These requests may include your IP address as part of normal internet communication.

• Crash reports: If the app crashes, anonymous crash data may be sent to help us fix bugs. This data does not identify you personally.
• Usage analytics: We may collect anonymized, aggregated data about which tools are used most frequently to improve the app. This data cannot be used to identify you.

2.3 Device Permissions

Certain tools require device permissions. Here is how we use them:

• Camera: Used by QR Scanner and Barcode Generator. Images are processed locally and never uploaded.
• Storage/Files: Used by Image Compressor, PDF Converter, and similar tools to read and save files locally on your device.
• Flashlight (torch): Used by the Flashlight tool to control your device's LED.
• Location (approximate, optional): Used only by Compass tool for magnetic orientation. Never stored or transmitted.
• Internet: Required for online tools like currency converter, gold price, speed test, and IP lookup.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. AI Features

Astola Toolkit includes AI-powered features such as Background Remover and AI Voice Cloning. When you use these features:

• Images or audio you submit are processed to complete your request.
• Processed data is not stored on our servers beyond the immediate processing session.
• We do not use your images or audio to train AI models.

5. Third-Party Services

Some tools in the app use third-party APIs to deliver their functionality (for example, live currency rates or gold prices). These third-party services have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them:
