1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Astola Toolkit ("the App"), developed by Astola Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Astola Toolkit is a free Android application providing access to 100+ productivity tools including, but not limited to:

• Temporary email (disposable email) generation
• QR code scanning and generation
• AI-powered background removal and voice features
• Unit, currency, and text converters
• Calculators (age, BMI, loan, GPA, tip, and more)
• Privacy tools (password generator, URL encoder)
• Offline utilities (notepad, stopwatch, flashlight, compass)
• Finance tools (gold price tracker, expense tracker)

The App is provided free of charge. Some features require an internet connection; others work fully offline.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App. We do not knowingly provide services to children under 13.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Astola Toolkit only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send spam, phishing emails, or engage in fraudulent activity using the temp mail feature
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or third-party services it relies on
• Use automated tools or bots to access the App's features at scale
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Distribute malware or harmful content

5. Temporary Email Feature

The temporary email (temp mail) feature provides disposable email addresses for privacy-preserving signups. By using this feature, you agree:

• Not to use temporary email addresses to register for services you intend to abuse
• Not to receive or distribute illegal content via temporary email
• That temporary email addresses are not permanent and may expire
• That we are not responsible for the content of emails received

6. AI Features

Features powered by artificial intelligence (Background Remover, AI Voice Cloning) are provided as-is. Results may not always be accurate or appropriate for professional use. By using AI features, you confirm that:

• You own or have permission to process the images and audio you submit
• You will not use AI-generated content to deceive, impersonate, or harm others
• You understand that AI results may contain errors

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to the software code, user interface, graphics, logos, and tool designs — is the intellectual property of Astola Studio and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Third-Party Services and APIs

Some features of the App rely on third-party APIs (currency rates, commodity prices, IP data, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of these third-party services. Your use of features dependent on third-party data is subject to the third party's terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• That the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• The accuracy of financial data, exchange rates, or gold prices provided

Financial tools (currency converter, loan calculator, gold price tracker, etc.) are for informational and educational purposes only. Do not make financial decisions based solely on this App.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ASTOLA STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero, as the App is free).

11. Changes to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at any time if we determine you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to the appropriate jurisdiction.
